Family Ministries

Get ready, Moms, a new group is starting just for you!

Starting this fall, Jaime Knox will be leading a small group Bible/book study geared towards moms of all ages and stages. The study will start off with HoodWinked – 10 Myths Moms Believe and Why We all Need to Knock It Off by Karen Ehman and Ruth Schwenk. Whether you are the mom of a little one, tween, teen or even adult (after all, parenting doesn’t end when your kids are grown, it just evolves, right?) this group is for you. Stay-at-home mom? Working mom? Work-from-home mom? It doesn’t matter, this group is for ALL moms. Single? Married? Divorced? YOU are welcome here! As the Bible says, “iron sharpens iron”, and so, therefore do we learn from each other.

Jaime is passionate about all things mom-related and has found much inspiration and encouragement from a variety of faith-based authors and she wants to share it with YOU! Books will range in topic from motherhood to marriage and more and will include study guides and video curriculum. Favorite authors include Jill Savage, Karen Ehman, Lysa Terkheurst, and Gary Chapman among others.

Interested? Invite your friends, invite your neighbors! Let’s see where God leads us together! We know moms have a lot going on, so at this point we are looking to gauge interest, not commitment! Contact Jaime Knox at 206-384-5777 or jaimejac@comcast.net for more information or sign up below to be added to a mailing list to receive more information as it becomes available. Dates and times are to be determined. Childcare will be provided.

Pilgrim’s Family Fellowship Group is a group of 30- and 40-“somethings,” give or take a decade, who meet once a month for a potluck meal. The group welcomes single people and couples, those with children and those without. Children are welcome. Babysitters are provided by the church for the children whose parents attend. The group meets in the private homes of those in the group, rotating as people are available to host. Contact Jaime Knox at 206-384-5777 or jaimejac@comcast.net for more information or to be added to the evite list.
